用户 warrant that provided GPU run data is accurate. Inaccurate data may lead to incorrect carbon calculations; 绿色算力认证 assumes no liability for such errors.
Client-specific reports are licensed to the client; platform code and reusable methodology assets remain Ruishu property.
This service is provided "as is". Carbon emission calculations are based on client-provided input data and public emission factor databases, for reference and management decision support only. They do not constitute legal, financial, or compliance advice.
Scope, timing, fees and acceptance criteria are governed by the agreed proposal or contract.
